• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons including, but not limited to:

2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
• Due to the sensitive nature of baby products, we only offer returns if items are damaged upon delivery or if the wrong product was delivered. Please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement. An unboxing video is required to ensure a smooth replacement process.
• Products can be returned within 4–7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
